Just two seasons into its run, the PlayStation original Powers is getting the axe.
Tough luck if you happen to be a fan of the show; as the tv adaptation of Brian Michael Bendis’ cominc of the same name has just gotten cancelled.

However, there may be a chance that the series could make a return because he intentially leaves that statement kinda open. The comic on the other hand will still be carrying on; with the next storyline being called Diamond Days.

For now, it looks like the series is toast. Being PlayStation’s first original series, its also a bit sad that they’ve decided to can it, but there is the possibility they will make more series to take its place. Or they might just bring this series back at a later date. Nobody knows for certain for now.
