While the Xbox One S is already out of the bag, Microsoft also dropped some details on their next Xbox One console Project Scorpio.
Touted as the latest addition to the Xbox One family the console is set to launch during the holidays in 2017 and will be compatible with standard Xbox One games.
The new console will also be geared towards VR gaming and subsequently will have a boost in processing power to compensate. Project Scorpio will be home to eight CPU cores, six teraflops of GPU processing power and will be able to support 4K too.
Nothing much else is known about the console (like pricing and such) as it’s in its early stages but this is still pretty dang exciting.
