Remember how a couple of hours ago I went on a long a*s rant about the DCEU being in trouble? Remember how I said The Flash movie doesn’t seem to be going anywhere? Well, speak of the devil cause we have some news regarding The Flash movie.
Over on Reddit, the not-necessarily-reliable, but very popular r/DCEULeaks community has gone viral again with an interesting piece of information. User @WBUT7 posted a bunch of rumoured information regarding the DCEU, specifically The Flash.
The user wrote:
The script has been completed and approved after MANY drafts and rewrites. The studio has finally approved a very good script, with some calling it “a perfect coming of age story regarding a young man trying to control his power. There have not been that much more conversation regarding this film, although they have been very excited. Apparently the script was “heavily” influenced by a specific comic story and given an interesting nickname. The name might not be “The Scarlet Speedster” but that is a rumour ever since the script was turned in.
Of course, none of this has actually been verified by Warner Bros. and so, should be taken with a grain of salt. But if it does happen to be true, then it’s definitely good news for us fans who have been waiting and wondering what on earth is going on.
