Everyone expected Logan to be good. But how many of us expected it to be THAT good? Many critics are calling Logan one of the best comic book movies of all time, perhaps only losing to Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight. Critics aside, this relatively low-budget comic book movie (97 Mil USD production budget), managed to gross more than 600 Mil USD worldwide.

After playing this cigar chomping badass for 17 years, Hugh Jackman has finally hung up his claws. A great movie, to say the least. However, many fans wondered why Sabretooth didn’t pop up in this movie, considering how it’s mentioned in X-Men Origins: Wolverine that Sabretooth is Wolverine’s brother.

A deleted scene from Logan recently surfaced, in which Sabetooth does indeed make an appearance. Well, in action figure form at least. This scene also references the first film in the Wolverine Trilogy. In the scene called “Bobby’s Action Figures,” Logan discusses the events of X-Men Origins: Wolverine with Bobby (not to be mistaken with Iceman Bobby) who is one of Laura’s friends.

In this scene, Bobby plays with Wolverine and Sabretooth action figures, while Logan shares some stories about his past.

Bobby: So you did some mean things with him?

Logan: Yeah.

Bobby: But now you’re doing good things.

Logan: Kid, I don’t know what I’m doing.

While it is a cool little scene, in retrospect it’s a good thing that director James Mangold (or the studio) decided to remove it. Logan’s uncertainty is obvious throughout the movie without him needing to spell it out.

Logan hits Digital HD May 16, followed by its release on Blu-ray and DVD on May 23.
