Back for their eighth year running the Singapore Toy, Game and Comic Convention (STGCC) 2015 is larger than ever. Bringing together pop culture, comics, anime and game personalities, the convention will take place this weekend on the 12 to 13 September 2015 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Marina Bay Sands.
The highlights this time around includes the STGCC Championships of Cosplay, STGCC Celebrates Local Talent and Women in Comics panel as well as a huge lineup of a whopping 29 personalities from East to West. Fans will be able to meet their idols at the Walk of Fame and get a glimpse into their creative processes at the panels onstage.
Among the guests will be renowned artists like Inkpot award-winner, Adam Hughes, who has brought to life legendary heroes like Captain America, Hellboy, Wonder Woman and Supergirl will be in Asia for the first time at STGCC. My Little Pony artist Agnes Garbowska and Tanpopo artist, Camilla d’Errico, as well Marvel Comics pencil and co-creator of Young Avengers Jim Cheong and Adi Granov, known for his work on Iron Man : Extremis will be there as well.

Let’s not forget the exclusives, ranging from collectibles from local and international toy artists in celebration of Singapore’s 50th birthday to offerings from 240 exhibitors and one-of-a-kind pieces from the 180 Artist Alley participants.
Of the exclusives this year is the regional launch of the Unicorno Series 4 as produced by Simone Legno for tokidoki, his ever-popular lifestyle brand of adorable Japanese-inspired characters. STGCC will be the first location in the region for fans to get their hands this new series! There will also be the Iron Man 3’s 1/6th scale Mark XXIV (Tank) and the Mark XLIII (Stealth Mode) Cosbaby Bobble-Head and the exclusive Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope Luke Skywalker Collectible Figure, all decked out in a Stormtrooper suit.

STGCC tickets are priced at SGD$19 for a one-day pass and SGD$28 for a two-day pass. Tickets are available for sale at selected authorised retail outlets and at the event.
