The insane Studio Trigger, makers of infamous Kill la Kill, Little Witch Academia and Ninja Slayer will be announcing a new original anime soon.

This announcement will be made in the upcoming November issue of Pash! magazine which is set to hit the stores on 10 October this year.

Their latest work is providing animation production assistance to Creators in Pack TOKYO for the upcoming TV anime series Hackadoll the Animation / ハッカドール THE・あにめーしょん. This particular series has already started airing in Japan this week.

Trigger was established on 22 August 2011 by the director Hiroyuki Imaishi (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann) and Masahiko Ohtsuka shortly after finishing the production of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann with Gainax. The studio name and official website was revealed in October 2011.

While assisting production on various other series, Trigger did a short film, Little Witch Academia which won critical acclaim from the fans, and worked on its first original anime series, Kill la Kill, which aired from October 2013 to March 2014 that sealed the deal of them being a serious player in animation industry.
