Tales of Zestria/ テイルズ オブ ゼスティリ will be adapted into an anime series by ufotable (Kara no Kyokai, Fate/Stay Night UBW) in 2016. Based on the hard-hitting game by Bandai Namco, the announcement was made during the “Tales of 20th Anniversary Animations,” event held in Japan recently. The game itself was released back in 22 January 2015 in Japan and is expected to hit international market in third quarter of 2015.

So far, no announcement about the date of airing, voice actors or production team has been made yet. However, knowing that ufotable will be doing this should be a great news to the fans of Tales franchise. The last official Tales inspired anime series is Tales of Abyss which is aired back in 2008.
