Bandai Namco has announced that the Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization game will be launched in South East Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia) this November 8 for both the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4.
The company also announced the pre-order bonuses which consist of a costume pack with three exclusive costumes. The costumes are; a nightwear costume for female characters, and two costumes from the God Eater franchise which are, Soma’s costume for male characters and Livie’s costume for female characters.
New features have also been revealed for Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization, including the Skill Tree System. Players will be able to learn different abilities to improve their way of fighting when they choose a specific skill family. There are also Extra Skills that are related to a player’s ways of fighting, be it for attacking, healing, tanking, etc, which will enable players to get even more powerful.
Bandai Namco has also thrown in an additional Co-sleeping Event feature to the relationship building aspect of the game which we expect should provide some small amount of fan-service to fans of the franchise.
The game will feature Japanese voices with English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish text so we’re assuming that the South East Asian Region should be getting the English text version and possibly a Chinese one as well.
Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization will also get a collectors edition for the PS4 version which consists of a six-inch Kirito and Asuna figures, collector’s edition packaging, a bonus Blu-ray Disc, a soundtrack, mini posters, decal sheets, and an artbook. However, this particular package is slated for a North America release and we’re trying to ascertain if South East Asia will be getting it’s own collectors edition box as well.
As for price, Bandai Namco has yet to release the regional pricing for the game but do stay tuned as we’ll be updating this article once we get further details.
