Telltale‘s The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is heading our way in just a few months time, with the third season of the undead adventure series coming to console, mobile and of course, PC.
Picking up four years since the outbreak in Season One, the new season will once again see Clementine confronting “the new rules of order and justice in a land being brutally reclaimed and rediscovered by what’s left of humanity itself.”
She’s also grown a fair bit, no longer a little child, and the season has a new character too, a mysterious man named Javier.
“When we began this series, we explored what it meant to protect a character like Clementine at all costs,” said Kevin Boyle, executive producer on the series, in a statement. “Years later, meeting her for the first time, Javier will begin to unravel the mystery of who Clementine has become, as her story intersects with his — both of them still driven by the things they value most long after society’s collapse.”
As usual, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will be available online through Steam, with Telltale planning to release a “Season Pass Disc” with the first episode; the rest downloadable when they become available.
How far exactly are we to seeing the series come to a close? not too soon by the looks of it, and we hope it doesn’t end anytime soon.
