Bandai Namco’s Digimon World: Next Order is heading to the PS4 from the PSVita and its set to drop in early 2017. Trailer inside!
The game is pretty much a port of the same game on the PSVita, but with enhanced graphics and better game balance. This essentially makes the console port a bit more difficult than the original on the Vita, but they’ve also added 12 new playable Digimon. These include IceDevimon, Boltmon and MarineAngemon just to name a few.
Those 12 are just a handful of over 200 Digimon that players can add to their team, raise and train. You also get to train two Digimon at once.
Here’s the story:
Digimon World: Next Order begins when players are sucked into the Digital World to discover it is under siege by Machinedramons. Rescued by two Digimon from impending doom, players must forge forward with their Digimon partners and journey through the Digital World to discover the origins of the Machinedramon scourge and find a way back to the real world.
We’re looking forward to getting to try this one out.
