The results are in for ASUS’s Republic of Gamers ROG Masters Grand Final, the results for the DoTA 2 and CS:GO tourneys after the jump.
The ROG Masters had a total prize pool of USD$200,000, and is Asia’s biggest eSports tournament; running from September to October it saw a whopping 590 teams duke it out to get to the grand finals.
The ROG Masters Grand Final took place right here in Kuala Lumpur on the 12-13 November, and was a fierce battle; ultimately naming Team Secret as the champion for the DoTA 2 tournament and The MongolZ as the CS:GO champs.
The MongolZ, from Mongolia faced down CS:GO teams from Australia, the UAE and Singapore throughout the competition and defeated all of then without losing a single match, taking home the first ever ROG Masters CS: GO Trophy.
Team Secret on the other hand is a multi-national outfit who claimed the trophy after a long and hard battle against Execration from the Phillipines, 3-0 in their best-of-five final.
