Remember Distant Worlds? now you’ll get to enjoy the music from Kingdom Hearts too!

Called the Key of Life, the two-concert event is set to cover decades of video game music, from Square Enix‘s Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy franchises. Before this, there have been concerts like Video Games Live! and Distant Worlds covering said music, but this would be the first time there’s a dedicated concert for Kingdom Hearts.

So far the scores that will be played at the concert have been confirmed are these”

From Kingdom Hearts
“Dearly Beloved”
“The 13th Struggle”
“Kairi”
“Tension Rising”
“Night of Fate”
“Darkness of the Unknown”
“Travers Town”
“Vector to the Heavens”

From Final Fantasy
“Prelude” (Final Fantasy I)
“Those Who Fight Further” (FF VII)
“Memory of the Wind – Legend of the Eternal Wind (FF III
“Aerith’s Theme” (FF VII)

On top of that, there will be medleys of pieces from Final Fantasy VIII, IX, and X, as well as some battle music. Yes, “One Winged Angel” and “Eyes on Me” are going to be in it.

Key of Life will run on 9-23 April in Japan; hopefully it will be popular enough that they consider taking it international! In the meantime, you can check out their main site here.
