Turns out the Fullmetal Alchemist live-action movie that’s coming out at the end of this year is getting a special manga drawn specifically from the series creator Hiromu Arakawa.

The new work will be the first new manga that Arakawa has drawn for Fullmetal Alchemist in seven years, and it will be a “special-edition comic” that will be given to those who attend theatrical screenings of the movie in Japan.

The news came from the Hagaren Fan Event, which is part of a promotional world tour for the film. A new trailer for the movie was also released recently, showing off some of the characters in detail.
