A new trailer is here for the upcoming Shin Godzilla/ Godzilla: Resurgence movie and it gives us a closer look at the gnarliest, most menacing version of Godzilla we’ve seen so far.
Much grittier compared to the most recent version of Godzilla as per the movie from Legendary Pictures, this Godzilla is spikier and far more scary. The trailer doesn’t even have dialogue; instead just compromising of an orchestral score and lots of footage of the military trying to take down Godzilla. It even ends with the classic Godzilla roar and a closeup of the beastie’s face.
Directed by Hideaki Anno and Shinji Higuchi, Shin Godzilla/ Godzilla: Resurgence is set to release 29 July 2016. When we will be getting an international release is still more or less up in the air but we hope it isn’t too far behind!
