The official site of the new Dragon Ball TV series which is titled Dragon Ball Super/ ドラゴンボール超  has released new visual keys for the upcoming season. The anime series will begin its broadcast on 5 July 2015, taking the slot after conclusion of Dragon Ball Z Kai which is finishing soon.

The story will be penned by the creator himself, Akira Toriyama.

Chronologically speaking, the story is set after the Majin Buu Saga arc which is currently showing in the remastered version that is more faithful to the manga. The staff of the upcoming series are Kimithoshi Chioka (Hakaba Kitarou, Kamisama Kazoku), producers Naoko Sagawa (Toei Animation) and Atsushi Kido (Toei Animation) and anime production is entrusted to old timer Toei Animation (Dragon Ball Kai, One Piece).

As for the voice acting lineup, actors like 78 years old Masako Nozawa will be back voicing Goku, Gohan and Goten whereas Ryo Horikawa (Detective Conan) as Vegeta, Takeshi Kusao (Keroro Gunso) as Trunks, Toshio Furukawa (Urusei Yatsura) as Piccolo, Mayumi Tanaka (Luffy in One Piece) as Krillin, Masaharu Satou as pervert Master Roshi and Kochi Yamadera (Ghost in the Shell) as Beerus.

Not to forget,  V-Jump magazine will debut the manga tie-in for the August issue which going on sale 20 June 2015. Here is the manga version of Goku:
