The 88 second trailer that heralds the return of much the beloved science fiction franchise – Star Wars is finally here.
Directed by J.J. Abrams, the movie is titled Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It includes cast from old trilogy like Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford. Of course we’ll be seeing new faces as well including John Boyega, Daisy Ridley and more established names like Andy Serkis and Max von Sydow are present in the movie too. And while the teaser doesn’t really reveal too much of the plot, we do get to see a few cool stuff including more polished looking Storm Troopers, cooler looking X-Wings, a freaking broadswoard lightsaber/cross saber and of course, the very well loved Millenium Falcon.
Of course with the teaser out we also have a date for it’s release and we can expect the Force to hit us come 18 December 2015. We can’t wait for more teasers and trailers to come out and hopefully, J.J. Abrams manages to sexify Star Wars back like he did Star Trek. We really don’t want a repeat of the last three episodes / prequels. Happy viewing!
