It’s no surprise that EVERYONE is trying to get into the whole Star Wars craze and our Malaysian telcos are no exception with Maxis coming up with a Star Wars inspired ad. Maxis isn’t ending it there though as this time round, they’re giving away one of the most-wanted Star Wars toy that’s been on the mind of every fan, the Sphero BB-8 droid.
It’s not just one they’re giving away but three! One lucky winner will be chosen every week beginning today (7 December 2015) till the end of the month on 31 December 2015.
So how would you be able to get your grubby mitts on the hottest Star Wars toy on the planet right now? It’s pretty simple . All you have to do is purchase a device from Maxis’ Online Store together with any Maxis plan. After that you’ll just have to wait for an email containing the entry form from Maxis, fill it up and submit it. Here’s the catch though, according to the contest site, each week’s winner will be the customer that answers all the questions in the contest form and submit it the fastest.
We’re not too sure if the email will be sent as soon as the purchase is confirmed or Maxis is setting a specific date to send the contest forms out but we’ve reached out to them to clarify on the mechanics.
That being said, with the Sphero BB-8 Droid being so popular, it’s pretty hard to find it in stores and that is despite coming at a whopping RM799 price tag. So if you still want one, you’d better head over to Maxis now.
