Kid Apocalypse
Age of Apocalypse had such an impact that it’s been tough for En Sabah Nur to live up to the promise set by the series. His ties with the Summer genetic line have continued with Nate’ Grey, born from the genetic material of Scott Summers and Jean Grey in the Age of Apocalypse timeline and moving into the main timeline as X-Man along with some other popular elements from the timeline.
Apocalypse even merged with Cyclops after trying to attain godhood by absorbing the power of twelve of the most powerful mutants on the planet, plus there was always that time he teamed up with Dr Van Helsing to successfully face off against Dracula himself.
Currently, in the comics, he’s been reborn as a child, killed unceremoniously by members of X-Force, and reborn as another, longer-lived child. This Evan Sabahnur/Kid Apocalypse/Genesis, who’s had some adventures with Wolverine and the X-Men before being aged to adulthood is a bit different though as he may be contemplating using his powers for good rather than destruction.
