Zangief has made his appearance in many a Street Fighter game since he came about in Street Fighter II, so its only natural he show up for the show yet again.
So far the other playable characters revealed include Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Nash, M. Bison, Cammy, Birdie, Vega, Karin Kanzuki, Necalli, Rainbow Mika, and Rashid, making a fair bit of the roster thus far. They will probably reveal more as time goes on.
The game does have a few new features, including new V-Reversal moves as well as a special V-Trigger mode. CAPCOM did launch a beta test but soon closed it after server issues made it impossible to play. They say there still will be three beta tests before it hits final launch. CAPCOM also recently announced the PC version system requirements to run the game.
Street Fighter V is set to launch for the PlayStation 4 and PC in spring 2016.
