Film distributor Odex recently announced that it will be bringing the upcoming Resident Evil: Vendetta CG film to Southeast Asia, and we have the dates!
The movie is based on Capcom’s Resident Evil/Biohazard franchise, and it isn’t the first time they’ve made an animated feature based in the universe, this being the third. It will feature characters from multiple games in the series, and will have its own original story.
The movie is set to drop in Japan come 27 May and us Malaysians are gonna get the screening on the very same day!
Here are the opening dates:
- Malaysia (GSC) – May 27
- Singapore (Golden Village) – June 1
- Philippines (SM Cinema) – June 7
- Indonesia (CGV Blitz, Cinemaxx, Platinum) – to be confirmed
- Vietnam (Lotte Cinema) – to be confirmed
