Captain Planet, the animated series about a bunch of teens along with a blue skinned superhero saving the planet from pollution will be available for digital download starting April!
Originally airing in 1990, the series will officially be available for purchase starting 10 April on iTunes, Amazon Video, Vudu, PlayStation Store, Xbox Store and Google Play. They will be sold by the season, with a season to retail for USD$9.99 and USD$14.99 each (about RM 44- 66) while an individual episode to cost USD$1.99 (about RM8).
The series has been making kids aware of environmental issues since its initial airing, and the series has maintained a fan-base up to this day, and Captain Planet himself is a recognisable pop-culture icon.
