The upcoming TV based on the critically acclaimed hit video game series debuts in October to coincide with the next title in the series.
Ryuto dreams of being the best Rider in the world, and is joined by his Felyne companion Naviloo. The duo will be voiced by Mutsumi Tamura (Anohana, Digimon adventure tri.) and her fellow Digimon castmate Mao Ichimichi (DD Fist of the North Star).
Monster Hunter Stories RIDE ON will be directed by Mitsuru Hongo (World Trigger), with scripts and script supervision by Natsuko Takahashi (My Love Story!!) and character design by Takuya Saiyo (Macross Zero)
The show will have a decently long first season run at 48 episodes to accompany its similarly long title.
Monster Hunter is one of Capcom’s most successful franchises, with 20 games in the series not including the upcoming Stories for the 3DS.
