Announced earlier this year at E3, Hideo Kojima’s mysterious and obtusely strange PS4 game, Death Stranding has a new trailer and it…confuses us even more.
The new trailer was revealed at the Game Awards, and gives us a bigger glimpse at the story of this new open world game.
The trailer shows off what looks like some kind of war, with tanks (covered in strange pieces of meat) planes with cables trailing off them and a man bearing precious cargo in the form of a baby in a tank. It still seems to be a world where everything is connected to cables, but we’ll leave what you think about it to you.
Though it’s interesting to note that two of the people featured in the trailer looks a lot like Guillermo del Toro (well known to be a friend of Kojima) and Mads Mikkelsen, who played Dr. Hannibal Lecter.
