For those of us who remember the gameshow that was Legends of the Hidden Temple, you might be getting a brand new trip down nostalgia lane as Nickelodeon is bringing back the show as a live-action movie.

Running between 1993 – 1995, Legends of the Hidden Temple was a gameshow that had teens run through a literal Temple full of obstacles in a bid to get to the other side and beat the other competing teams.

Here’s the synopsis:

In “Hidden Temple,” three siblings must conquer a series of obstacles to remain alive, mirroring the theme of the original game show. The TV movie, slated to appear in the fourth quarter of 2016, will nod to other elements from the original show, including Olmec, a talking head who knows the secrets behind the temple; the Steps of Knowledge, the entrance to the temple and launching pad for the mission; and cameos from a green monkey, red jaguar and silver snakes, among others. Isabela Moner, known from her role on Nick’s “100 Things to Do Before High School,” will star. The “Arnold” movies are slated to appear in 2017.

On top of that, Nickelodeon is apparently bringing back Hey Arnold! as a two part TV movie, but we don’t know if any of the original cast or creators will be involved in the project.

Legend of the Hidden Temple is scheduled for sometime later this year while Hey Arnold! will be a 2017 release on (US) television.
