Celcom Axiata today announced that they’re partnered up with New York based Yonder Music Inc to allow Celcom users to indulge in a feature-rich digital music streaming service with a tremendous library of music.

Yonder does share a bit in common with other services like Deezer and Spotify to name a few, but it allows you to download the music you’ve purchased to your device and it functions on a pay to play model. So you’re only paying for what you want to listen to.

Yonder’s CEO Adam Kidron claims that the service would make it better for both users and the artistes involved as they will be paid fairly in proportion to the amount of times their tracks are played. As for the users, they get a huge library of music that’s not just tied to the latest releases but goes back into the classics and the obscure as well.
