Building a team does not one tourney make
The thing about tournaments is that it’s one thing to win one on your own homeground, but does this competition actually prove a proper arena to test the best team? It’s one thing to win a national tournament but being a big-league e-sports team needs more than that.
Wouldn’t it be better perhaps to set up a proper roster and league locally, building a proper professional league to create more and better teams instead of just one big event?
Create not just one team, but secondary reserves as, to be frank, the current e-sports scene here does not make it conducive for e-sports players to do it full-time.
Even better, create competitive teams and allow them the freedom to engage multiple sponsors. The current Team Taring setup excludes any team’s current existing sponsors when some of these companies will probably have had far more experience in the e-sports process.
