The Walking Dead is getting itself a brand new mobile game, and this time it’s bringing the zombie apocalypse to you.
Called The Walking Dead: Our World, this AR based Pokemon Go-esque game uses “location-based augmented reality” to orient players. It won’t be the first of its kind to do so (think Ingress even before Pokemon Go came out) but it will let you fight walkers on the street, your home, wherever you feel.
They also revealed a trailer that gives us a glimpse at the gameplay mechanics, and there’ll be a handful of characters from the TV show including Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon and Michonne.
The Walking Dead: Our World doesn’t have a set release window yet but it will be coming soon to iOS and Android.
