XPAX has brought back its geek/otaku themed festival, Fantasy Fest, this year and its going to be bigger and better with more games, activities and prizes.

The two-day, free-entrance event will be held over at StarXpo, Kenanga Wholesale City on 28 and 29 of November and is open to anyone in the public to attend.

So what’s happening there? There’ll be plenty of activities to take part in but the main highlights of the XPAX Fantasy Fest 2015 are the cosplay competition, the DOTA2 tournament, and the Fantasy Live concert.

For the cosplay competition, contestants stand a chance to win cash and prizes totaling up to RM10,000. There are two categories in the competition, solo and group and the contestants will be judged by an international panel of well known cosplayers including Misa (Taiwan), King (Taiwan), Danielle (Brazil) and Masazi (Japan). The winner of the solo category will also be able to win a four day three night trip to Osaka for Animax Music 2015.
