Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios head recently confirmed that Michael Keaton will be on board for Spider-Man: Homecoming, as the Vulture.
When asked by the Toronto Sun about their villain lineup, Fiege replied that they had a list of sorts.
“We’ve had a wish list and most of them in the near-term are coming together. Cate Blanchett is playing Hela in Thor: Ragnarok. Michael Keaton’s Vulture in Spider-Man is something.”
Previously, the studio had confirmed that Keaton will be starring in Homecoming, but were keeping mum on his role. But the news isn’t surprising because Vulture was already hinted at showing up in the movie.
Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters 7 July 2017.
