The promotional campaign for Deadpool kicked into high gear with the release of the official logo of the movie by 20th Century Fox coupled with a massive social media blitz on Twitter and Facebook in the wake of loud, verbose Deadpool. In a blatant recognition of the fan’s drive that make the movie possible which clinched it at last year’s leaked test footage, the studio is more open than usual in engaging the fans for this movie.

The official synopsis by 20th Century Fox on Deadpool:
“Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life”
