Come the first of September 2017, Singapore will experience A Star Wars Festival at full Force, with the Star Wars: Experience the Force Singapore!
This isn’t just a one day event, oh no. It will be running for a total of 10 days, starting on 1 September at ION Orchard with the launch of the Star Wars: Experience the Force Singapore festival, which also kicks off the worldwide celebration of Star Wars Force Friday II, allowing Singaporean fans to be part of the celebrations.
Among the activities you can expect at ION Orchard is the first ever Padawan training for kids, snap a photo with the Millenium Falcon and even meet BB-8 as he makes his debut through a VR experience at ION Station.
The festivities will continue with pop-up experiences and activities along Orchard Road, leading up to the Singapore Toy, Game and Comic Convention (STGCC) on 9-10 September. Toys R Us, Simply Toys and Beast Kingdom will be bringing over their 3.5meter tall AT-ACT Walker set from the Battle of Scarif scene too, as well as exclusive Star Wars merch.
But that’s not the end of it, as there will be numerous Marvel and Disney events set to take place in Singapore over 2018 and 2019.
