Japanese fans are buzzing excitedly about a possible live-action movie adaptation of Naoshi Arakawa’s Your Lie in April/四月は君の嘘 aka Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso or KimiUso for short. The manga ran from 2011 to 2015, being quite successful and winning the award for Best Shonen Manga at the 37th Kodansha Manga Awards plus a nomination for 5th Manga Taisho. Late last year, A-1 Pictures adapted it into a 22 episode anime series under the Noitamina slot by FujiTV. The sales of the anime Blurays and DVDs have been quite successful.
