Gundam Build Fighters Try Island Wars just got itself a new promo video, which reveals some scenes from the anime special as well as its premiere date. Video inside!
The promo video began streaming very recently on the Gundam.info portal site; with the special to premiere on TV Tokyo come 21 August this year.
The video not only features scenes from the special but also features the theme song “The Last One” by BACK-ON, who have previously made theme songs for Gundam Build Fighters and Gundam Build Fighters Try in the past.
They’ve also revealed a new visual as well as visuals for the characters and their respective Gunpla models which will be making their appearance in the special.
The special will have Sekai Kamiki, Yuuma Kousaka and Fumina Hoshino travelling to a certain southern island to visit Nielsen Labs, where they once again encounter their rivals. On top of the Gunpla models seen in the TV series, the special will feature new versions of such like the Lightning Gundam Strider, ZZII and Scramble Gundam.
On top of that, new model kits for Scramble Gundam, Light Back Weapon System (BWS) Mk-III and the ZZII have been released.
Gundam Build Fighters originally aired from October 2013 to March 2014, with Gundam Build Fighters Try following from October 2014 to April 2015.
