This is the Nyanpan, and it confuses us greatly. We’re not sure how they did it but it looks both delicious and heartmeltingly cute all at once!
The Nyanpan, or sweet melon bread kitty is both bread and cat fused together in plushie form. For those unacquainted to it, melon bread often appears in anime and is a tasty melon-infused pastry that’s now popular the world over, not just in Japan where it originated from.
The plushie is about 5.5 inches wide and about 3.5 inches tall and is ultra cute and cuddly. It’s also super soft and the bread effect is achieved with strategic embreadery, embroidery and hand dyed gradient for maximum breadyness. Just don’t eat it, please.
It even comes with it’s nutritional value on the packaging; putting it at 30% nyans and 110% cute, enough for your monthly allotment for cute for life!
