iflix is adding a handful of animes dubbed in Tagalog to their extensive library; thanks to Philippine-based licensor Telesuccess Productions producing the dubs.
The shows in question are Sword Art Online, Flame of Recca, Fuishi Yugi, Assassination Classroom, Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge and Hunter x Hunter – The Last Mission-. On top of that Assassination Classroom and two Hunter x Hunter films will be available with Tagalog dubs.
This is great considering now more people can enjoy their favorite anime in their preferred languages, but the big question is, how good are the dubs? as someone who always prefers subs over dubs, I can only hope the dubs are up to scratch.
